1. Agreement

By accessing this website or engaging TrueNorth Direct for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services

TrueNorth Direct provides white-label fulfillment services including Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, and appointment setting. All services are delivered on a per-client, per-month basis as agreed in your service agreement. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in your individual agreement.

3. White-Label Confidentiality

TrueNorth Direct operates as a silent fulfillment partner. We do not communicate directly with your end clients, represent ourselves as your company, or disclose the white-label nature of our relationship without your explicit consent.

4. Payment

Fees are due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary ad accounts, assets, and information
  • Ensure your end clients' ad spend budgets are funded
  • Communicate any account changes that may affect delivery
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes

6. Intellectual Property

Creative assets, reports, and materials produced by TrueNorth Direct for your clients are delivered for your use and resale. We retain no ownership claim over work product delivered as part of an active service engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

TrueNorth Direct is not liable for ad platform policy changes, algorithm updates, or results that fall outside our control. We are responsible for executing campaigns with professional care — we do not guarantee specific revenue or lead outcomes, as results depend on factors including market conditions, client offers, and ad spend.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Fees owed through the termination date remain due.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
